About The HOPE Center
The HOPE Center – Mission Statement
We exist to share the love of Jesus Christ, promote sexual purity, value human life, and provide help, hope, and healing to individuals facing pregnancy or relationship issues.
The HOPE Center – Description of Services
Free Pregnancy Testing
A client’s first service provided by The HOPE Center is often a pregnancy test. For positive test clients, we provide Verification of Positive Pregnancy Test forms and encourage early prenatal care. For abortion-vulnerable clients, we provide information about the physical, emotional and spiritual risks associated with abortion and encourage an ultrasound scan to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.

Free Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound
The HOPE Center administers limited obstetrical ultrasounds for the following reasons: to confirm fetal heart rate and viable intrauterine pregnancy, and to help determine the gestational age of the baby. Our hope is to empower all clients to choose life for their unborn babies as we present positive pregnancy options including adoption and parenting.
Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Testing
The HOPE Center offers testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
We provide referrals for further testing and treatment to a physician or to the local Health Department.
Mentoring
Clients are encouraged to meet with a trained volunteer mentor on a regular basis who tailors the material covered to the specific needs of the client. The mentor sessions may include prayer, Bible study, and specific topics pertinent to pregnancy, parenting, and past abortions (Post Abortion Support).

Sexual Integrity Education
Clients who are single and sexually active are presented with sexual integrity education promoting purity and abstinence until marriage as the best and healthiest choice for their future. The HOPE Center sponsors annual events such as The Silver Ring Thing www.silverringthing.com, geared toward church youth groups with the support of parents and pastors.
Post Abortion Support (PAS)
The HOPE Center has partnered with Healing Hearts, www.healinghearts.org, to provide support and promote healing for individuals who have experienced previous abortion.
The Healing Hearts study for women "Binding up the Brokenhearted" and its counterpart for men entitled "Wounded Warrior" have been taught to thousands with outstanding results. Not only do individuals receive healing through these studies, but many come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and are serving Him in various different areas of ministry.
